Happy Easter!

We had such a nice Easter day Sunday. We joined an Easter egg hunt at our neighbor's house, then Nana and Granddad and GiGi and Papa came over for dinner. The weather was beautiful, so it was a really nice day. The only thing that would have made it perfect was if Julie, Matt and Mackenzie were with us too.

Poor Abby gets her share of dealing with toddlerhood too. She gets very few moments alone. :)

First Days of Spring

Spring is here! Sophie and I had some really nice days this week where it was warm enough to have lunch on the deck. She thoroughly enjoyed her first popsicle of the season. Even though today wasn't quite as warm, it was still a beautiful day to be outside. We watched Daddy trim trees, then we got to smell them!

My First Pillow

In preparation for the, hopefully not very soon, move to a big girl bed, we bought Sophie her first "big girl" pillow. Do you think she likes it? :)

My New Bike!

Finally, the weather has been nice enough for Sophie to try out her new tricycle! As you can tell, she loves it! Thanks Nana and Grandad!

A Year in Pictures

I have to admit I got this idea from checking out someone else's blog. It's a great idea! Sophie just turned two, so I thought we'd take a look back at how much she has grown this year. You can really tell how she has gone from our "baby" to our "little girl." There are quite a few pictures, but I had SUCH a hard time picking out only a few.

Dustin has a new camera, so of course, he's been trying it out with his favorite subject matter....Sophie. She's more than willing to comply.

Family Weekend

Julie, Matt and Mackenzie came for a visit this past weekend. The weather was awesome, so we were able to get outside and enjoy the weather. As always, the girls had a great time!
